We want you to love your LiftLab gear. If something's not right, here's how we handle it:

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund — no return shipping required.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and product nature, used items cannot be returned unless defective.
